1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlwaysNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, kindly do not use this website.

2. Nature of Platform

AlwaysNova serves as:

A multi-vendor marketplace for Deeni books, items, and Islamic lifestyle products.

A platform facilitating both dropshipped and affiliate-linked products.

A service that allows customers to order, and vendors to list & sell.
We are not responsible for the actual product quality unless sold directly by AlwaysNova.

3. Customer Orders

Orders once placed are subject to vendor acceptance.

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement.

Refunds/returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (see below).

Products are sold for personal/non-commercial use only.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We follow the principle of Khiyar-e-Aib (Fiqh Hanafi) – allowing return if there is a major defect within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact help@alwaysnova.com with parcel unpacking videos.

Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by product type, seller location, and courier availability.

Products like books may incur weight-based shipping charges.

Shipping may be free on orders above a minimum limit, as specified on product pages.

6. Vendor Terms

Vendors must:

Provide accurate product descriptions and halal-compliant listings.

Ensure product is shipped within the agreed time (usually 2–3 business days).

Not list haram, controversial, or deceptive content.

AlwaysNova reserves the right to:

Approve or reject vendor listings

Charge commissions (10% or 15% depending on category)

Hold or release payments based on order fulfillment & returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and branding are the property of AlwaysNova or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and content, but grant AlwaysNova non-exclusive rights to display and promote them.

8. Disclaimer

AlwaysNova is not liable for delays, third-party failures, or courier mishaps.

Platform does not guarantee sales for vendors.

Affiliate links redirect to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for those platforms.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate Islamic ethical boundaries or terms of this agreement.

You submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

There’s repeated customer dissatisfaction or disputes

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, in line with principles of Shari‘ah and consumer protection regulations.
